Terms and Conditions

Following are the charges incurred in addition to the estimated rental charges. you may have to pay for the following.
1. For any damage, Accident on the driver’s fault provided a police report.
The hirer will have to pay an excess amount; plus the rental during the repair period.
a) Sports Car: 25000 AED
b) Other Cars: 10000 AED

Exception:- Accident and damages without police report; the hirer/guarantor will pay the estimated repair cost; plus daily rental charges till the car is fixed.

2. If you return the vehicle with less than the given fuel, then you will have to pay an extra charge of 300 AED.

3. Milage usage-
a) 250 KM limit for all car

b) 30 AED per KM for the Lamborghini/Ferrari/Hurricane/Rolls Royce/Bentley/Audi R8 if exceeding the daily limit.

c) 20 AED per KM for the rest of the cars(Tesla)if exceeding the daily limit.

4. Any tier puncher Blast proven its renter’s fault: The renter is liable to pay the amount of replacement & recovery fees.

5. If the car did not return on time according to the rental agreement we will allow you a grace period of 1 hour and after that, you will be charged for half day.

6. Salik: 5.00 AED per toll gate pass

7. Blocking/deposit amount is 10,000 AED/5,000 AED:_______
If the hirer/Guarantor failed to pay the charges like unpaid rental/damages/excess km/fuel/extra hours & traffic fines; then 150 AED administration charges, 1000 AED for impounding fines, plus 3% for credit card charges will be applied to the hirer/Guarantor/Cardholder owner blocking/Deposit amount(DRIVE FIT RENT A CAR LLC) Authorized to access the booking amount.

For cash deposit, it will be refunded after 1 month(30 days)clearance.

8. If the car is confiscated due to any violation resulting from exceeding speed-more than 160 KM/HR and non-compliance with traffic rules, DRIVE FITRENT
A CAR LLC has the right to charge compensation for loss of Income corresponding to the daily/monthly rental rate of the vehicle until it is released.

9. Any amount of rent paid by the customer of DRIVE FIT RENT A CAR LLC cannot be refunded.

10. Please note that the payment will be deducted on behalf of DRIVE FIT RENT A CAR LLC’s sister company-UCS UNIVERSAL CLEANING SERVICES LLC.
